Chestnut Ridge Facilities

Chestnut Ridge offers swim and tennis facilities for Homeowner Association members. The Chestnut Ridge Homeowners Association Board of Directors collects annual dues from members to operate and maintain these facilities, the subdivision entrance, and common areas. Annual dues pay for landscaping, pool maintenance and lifeguard services during the summer, as well as refuse, electrical, telephone and wifi services at the pool, and any needed repairs or replacement of our common property.

The Chestnut Ridge Pool

Surrounded by hardwoods and situated next to a creek bed, Chestnut Ridge’s pool is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. Fully paid HOA Members can enjoy the pool from sunrise to sunset, May through September. 2023 Pool Season dates are May 20 through Labor Day, September 4.

Picnic Pavilion and Play Area

Adjacent to the pool is a large picnic pavilion with grill. The pavilion is also home to our annual Halloween party and is the staging area for our luminary assembly at Christmas time. Designed with younger children in mind, there’s a play area just behind the pavilion, equipped with swings, a slide and a raised play platform.

Tennis and Basketball Courts

Tennis and basketball courts, located on one of the highest points in the neighborhood, are completely surrounded by mature hardwoods which provide shady comfort during the hottest months. Because they are not lit, the courts are not approved for ALTA play, but they are still an excellent place to practice and enjoy time with your neighbors. Courts open at sunrise and close at sunset.
